Nine on Purpose was founded in 2021 by International Coaching Federation accredited coaches Helen Wiseman and Lauren Calautti with the mission to help more women ignite their inner passion, unlock their true purpose and have the courage to lead a more purposeful life.
The business has since grown to incorporate a network of accredited coaches and mentors with a range of specialties, all of whom are passionate about supporting ambitious women to discover the “missing pieces” of their personal and career jigsaw.

Meet the Founders
Spanning 35 countries across six continents, Helen’s clients can be found from the Pentagon to the remotest of islands. She is valued as a private strategist and sounding board for visionary leaders with an impact agenda, and their organisations.
As a Board Chair, President, Non-executive Director, Gallup Strengths Coach, Mentor and Professional Certified Coach, Helen unleashes the brilliance of people and organisations in unexpected ways that positively impact the lives of all those who engage with them.
Drawing on over 30 years of business, financial and corporate board experience, along with 12 years coaching senior executives from the financial, commercial and professional services sectors, Helen partnered with Lauren to found Nine on Purpose in 2021 to help ambitious women achieve their goals more smartly, more enjoyably, and with greater impact.
Lauren had an impressive 12+ year career in enterprise sales and business development with Gartner and Telstra before gaining the courage to embrace a “portfolio career”.
As an ICF-accredited coach she now works as a coach and consultant in the start-up space, specialising in helping new products launch and grow in the market, and as a facilitator of all Nine on Purpose programs.
Lauren identifies the magic ingredient of her coaching as “relentless curiosity” and is known for her infinite energy and infectious enthusiasm which she uses to enable and energise people in the workplace.
Helping women discover their “inner mojo” and gain the courage to pursue more novel and unexpected roads in their personal and professional lives is her passion.
